Although my personal situation and circumstances are a bit complicated Alan was very professional and took the time to understand the various issues and concerns. He's come back with some things for me to consider after which I'll make some decisions about how to proceed.

The referral by Experts for Expats led me to a couple of advisers that provided exactly what I required. The adviser clarified what would be best for me as an individual with limited understanding of pension transfer implications and confirmed that I was correct in stepping away from what had been put in front of me by previous cold-callers.

I had a very rapid response from both experts for expats & the partner & the information I needed was in the initial email & didn’t need further inquiries. But I was very impressed by their rapidity, expertise in giving me the necessary information. I will get in touch again if need be & will definitely give their references to others in need of such expertise!

I had the most comprehensive advice when compared to other potential providers. The session was the length required for my enquiry - not limited to 15 minutes. The advice included elements I could do myself, ie at no fee. Various options I wasn't aware of were raised and explored.

My issue is complex so a decision re filing is contingent upon consultation with HM taxes here in the UK. Your consultant was excellent .

The consultant was incredibly helpful, and even suggested some thoughts / ideas I had not considered - I will be using his services once I move.

Response was quick and the advice given in 15 minutes was concise, understandable to a layman and useful. I also liked the fact there was no hard sell for follow up paid consultations. As much advice as possible was given in the time frame with a simple "get back to us" if you want to take it further in the future. Excellent service with no pressure to commit. As a result, when I do need to need their paid support, I'll have no hesitation.
