It's an excellent resource. Swift initial response. Quickly connected to a consultant afterwards and my questions were answered. It was a relief and I would definitely use the service again should anything else arise.

I had the most comprehensive advice when compared to other potential providers. The session was the length required for my enquiry - not limited to 15 minutes. The advice included elements I could do myself, ie at no fee. Various options I wasn't aware of were raised and explored.

The free consultation was so good. I feel guilty for not paying for it since my needs were in the end not complex enough to require paid for follow-up. When my circumstances change I will definitely use the consultant again.
